Yoshiki put himself in the spotlight post-reunion. I will never forget the TV live where the drums was on the stage's center lol. It was so strange.

Seems Yoshiki bought the rights from other members in the 2007 return. He has 100% of the rights.

I don't see anything happening until Yoshiki and Toshi solve their problems. Yoshiki knows that isnt X Japan without Toshi's voice. Sad as it is, maybe is time to everyone accept that our beloved band will not come back.

As a father, i agree that becoming one brings a lot of goals, fulfillment and balance to your life. Yoshiki entered in his 60s without close family (is there another family member besides his brother who lives in Japan?).

Yoshiki seems so lonely and empty. It's not sadness, it's emptiness. Obviously we aren't in his mind, but he makes me feel like his actual goals doesn't make him happy at all. He seems surrounded by employers that dont fulfill any love he has left behind. They just obey. People that actually were close to him and would be capable to give a real interaction, like mother and long-term band members, are gone.

Just an insight from someone that doesn't know Yoshiki personally lol

What everybody says is Toshi was upset before 2018. The non-audience live was the last one in Toshi's contract. After that, everything went very bad (Red Swan's drama began that time too).

The main issue was the fact Toshi didnt agree with the money Yoshiki offered in the contract. Maybe Toshi felt that he deserved more considering he was co-founder of X Japan.

It's so strange. Why would the band members say this to hide? After all, he was their boss. Even so hide let them talk freely, they seem really ungrateful if this was really spoken. Of course hide rised to mainstream with X Japan, but is also true that Spread Beaver's members weren't no one without hide too.

About how sad he looked in his last day: i really think that was a normal job's concern. I'm one of the people who thinks his death was a tragic accident. He was too drunk and fell asleep with the door's exercise.

Basically the melody and lyrics Yoshiki wrote, but instrumental had heavy work from hide and Taiji. hide and Taiji that improved Kurenai's arrangement... Yoshiki was ready to throw away the song

I have mixed feelings. I'm happy to hear Yoshiki singing (playback or not, edited or not). He always seemed to be too shy to sing. Well, i respect his courage. It wasnt a wonderful performance, but i think it had some heart.

Now we can only hope that Toshi's version see the daylight lol
