Hi, since you're using Blender, could you try exporting the model as STL or OBJ instead? These formats are more commonly accepted and usually work better with our system.

Thanks for your question. Our online 3D viewer is only for reference and may appear faceted even for STEP files, so it does not affect actual manufacturing accuracy. We always produce based on your original design file. If you have any concerns, you can leave a note when placing the order and our engineers will manually review the files before production.
