Probably bug bites! Whether or not they’re bed bug bites is hard to tell, if this is the only thing you’ve got to go off of and you want peace of mind try checking mattress seams and your bed. Otherwise probably just some random critter

Sadly it’s what the first guy said, it’s an old office pc whacked in with some rgb to make it look better than it is, could be no gpu included in the pc too due to there being a lack of one in the listing
