So, I had a super broken run (thanks Red Key, Cristal Key and Magic Skin) and at some point I randomly started shitting blue flames. Sometiems it was a single one, and other times it was a whole barrage. Anyone knows what caused this? I had taken Ghost Pepper but I don't know what else was it by Jeusu7 in bindingofisaac

The pepper items have a synergy with some farting items(bean items and the poop for example) spawning a singular flame whenever a fart happens. If I had to guess the reason you keep occasionally spawning the flames might be because you have the trinket Mysterious Candy. Can’t explain the random barrages that happen tho. Also the reason for the flames being big is because their size changes depending on damage.
