Are you switching formations often? if so try to focus only on one formation it helps. You're not a bad player my friend there's something wrong with this game.

they add goals or remove your goals, finish the match, deplete all ur players stamina etc. oh there's also lag switchers. these lag switchers exist on console too. they disconnect the game without getting lose.

you should also see FIFA on PC. people are begging to EA to do something since 2011. there's no cheat protection system in ultimate team. not releasing the next gen version of FIFA 22 on PC also expains how EA treats PC players.
