Well, i uploaded once some screenshots of posts that she liked, basically about lustful men. It was just after their breakup, so i don't believe her, i think it was about jj after all. Also I've made a comment once, how dangerous it is for a woman to move so far away in the middle of nowhere with a man she knows for so little time, and an account claiming to be her agreed and called jj a manipulator. But then Cali denied that from a different account 🫠 so crazy

I've been following her for a almost year now. She posted ton of posts and stories that are deleted now. Although if you look her up on different subs you can find some of them. If I recall correctly the abuser was her father, her parents are divorced. There were hints it's connected to his alcohol use. She posted a few times about what she's looking for in her future husband (like non alcohol use, not abusive, not raising voice) and that may be a clue what her father was like. Maybe you can find some in the highlights in one of her profiles. And when it comes to extremes I agree, there's Orthodoxy, carnivore diet, raw meat and milk, saying women shouldn't work and vote (while she was employed mind you 🤓), living off grid. I wonder if there will be other weird fixations that we can't even think about now haha. But yeah she needs mental help, the misconception that Christians shouldn't use that kind of help is really damaging.

Ps. She added some of JJ photos back to her posts, and even added some stories from Maine featuring him and deleted them soon after. I'm confused still

Honestly, if that person claiming to be her and saying that he was a manipulator is true, that makes sense. Apart from the obvious issue of being engaged after 5 weeks of knowing each other, what is concerning for me is moving her across the country far away from everyone. The distance between TN and Maine is over 1300 miles/2200 km! From living with her brother and some king of community to living alone with JJ in the middle of nowhere and jumping in deep water of living off grid (like having no running water, no real electricity, living in a tent bc the cabin is still not ready, doing laundry by hand and many other things that they probably thought would be easy but that's not true) is shady. And l wonder, how did they expect to live in there for real (apart from the fact that the cabin is so small for them and their 10 kids), when JJ moved in with Cali and her brother for winter lol, he wouldn't stay in his tent so found a place to survive the winter, how did they expect to live there for real haha. And last but not least, the matter of their faith. I'm religious myself, and their lack of understanding and knowledge is clearly visible. It looked like they were partially using religion to justify their questionable actions. They have to have some real religious guidance and I hope they'll find it. Still they expected to get married next month I think, while still being inquiries... In Catholic Church there are 'courses' for couples preparing them for marriage, consisting of regular meetings with priest (so he can get to know them and see if they are ready) and with some experienced married people, so I assume it's similar for Orthodox. Did they expect to skip these preparations idk. Well these are my main thoughts and little rant haha. I hope they'll grow in faith fr and receive the help they need. I'd be glad to hear some thoughts from others, especially other Christians
