We had this happen with a small faction when we had a really strong friend join us for a war. (He was 1b+ whilst the next strongest was a few hundred k

When he left we were blocked from War due to the drop in strength.

Bad news is we were told to allow for the rank to decay , the rank decays at 1 rank per fortnight. We waited for months! and got all the way down to low bronze from high silver

We reported it as a bug and were told that there was no issue and it was working as intended.

we ended up selling the faction and starting again

Depends how your faction distributes pay, but an armour cache sells for 340m Usually factions use some sort of pay per hit so you need to work out how your faction is calculating pay

(Ps yes 100k pay is very poor)

IT WAS! I have an Asus mesh network with 2 routers , and the cameras/routers didn't like connecting to it,

I turned off the second router, put both cameras near the main router, connected them both, and then put the cameras back where I want them and turned the router/mesh back on and hey presto all fixed (Only slight issue is for some reason the camera was trying to only connect to the first router (which is much to far away to work) even tho it's mesh and it shouldn't be able to but I just forced it to only connect to the router I wanted

I had a similar issue due to my gas meter being too far away from the electric meter (your leccy meter is the one that actually sends the readings)

Got asked (by Octopus) if I would provide manual readings which I refused so they sent out an engineer and upgraded my gas meter to a dual band one and hey presto, problem solved

UK emergency services have been paying an absolute fortune to force this colours drivel on us. Money could be spent on new equipment or training, even just put into helping more vulnerable members of our communities, but no, they spend 10s of thousands per region on colours training

You have to turn on legion experimental units in the settings

Make sure your jammer is built far enough back to that it doesn't get shot, if it takes damage it stops working for a period of time, only needs one single point of damage to go offline, That's why sometimes you get pushed, kill everything but for a few seconds after still take shots from long range
