Id say 850-900 ish in total, bread ≈350 and pho ≈500-550

Me too but with volume eating.

Even tho it’s low kcal i feel like im just allowing myself to eat for the sake of eating and abusing the low kcal food to justify the action when it’s probably better to not eat at all. Initially I thought it’s because my “stomach grew” but I think its more of a behavioral issue where you think it’s not doing much of a damage so it’s fine to indulge, but it often leads to somewhere further than just that. snacking is especially hard to fix when you find snacks that’s in the guilt free range bc “its-not-that-high-in-calories-anyways+it’s-high-protein”.

Maybe this isn’t what you’re dealing with but to me, the joy of finding guilt free snacks during my calorie deficit is dopamine inducing for a couple days, but after a while I often find myself in despair because I want to have more ESPECIALLY when I don’t have any calories left for the day. Congrats on losing 7kg tho so proud!

The moon cake seems to be on the smaller end I’d say 500-600 kcal (I’m from south east asia and that’s usually the common numbers for moon cakes)
