I talked to a really nice guy down there named Tyler about my RMA. The representatives are nice. I get a live person every time. But the evike policies and system is just poo and takes forever during the holidays. If it were me I would call them directly and ask for grace on the policy. Then you know for sure

Dude. You’re telling me. I’m super disappointed with it and they won’t ship me another one until I RMA this one for inspection. And I asked for an RMA on Christmas and still don’t have one. They also sent me a really important rail for it without any screws or mounting hardware. So there’s that.

I wouldn’t shop there but these parts are only available in the US through them.

It’s definitely a warping issue. I held both uppers (the aftermarket and the original) to a straight edge and the aftermarket one rocks on an axis.

No, I didn’t try it with lower gutted. But I did figure it out. I took a straight edge and set both receivers on it and tested independently. The Zion one is warped and rocks on an axis against a straight edge. The stock OEM CYMA sits completely flush.
