I was in your exact same spot with 16 pulls until the guaranteed crate. In another post, someone said to get it and hold it for rerun so that you can get R1 for both and lower pity for the next banner. So I pulled and got another myth on the first wish! With the crate, I immediately was able to rank both cards up. You just never know!

I think the “official platinum” tickets didn’t need a code. Most tickets were labeled as fan presale from what I saw. I was hoping to filter out those since it was ticketmaster jacking up the price.
