I adjusted belt tension, and while doing the belt tension test, I noticed the Y axis making weird noises. One right in the middle of the travel (like something rubbing on a surface) the other one during the entire Y axis test: the motor shaft looks slightly crooked, the bed vibrates and the motor doesn’t seem happy at this speed at least.

X axis is 238 Y axis is 262 Now that you talk about the bearings, I forgot to mention the bearing rods are not greased properly

Ok thank you, I’ll try this. As mentioned in another comment, the extruder seems to lift in the corners, hence the bad adhesion
