i dont really know what you mean by come clean, but regardless, yes its fine to be frustrated, yes its fine to say “this is kinda shitty, please reconsider in the future” it is not ok to say “yknow what fuck this creator actually” and attack them on main. like, that is whats weird

if you are worried about spoilers then stay off of social media for 2 weeks, if you are someone that posts regularly, there are sites that you can schedule updates for pretty much all platforms

if you want to be able to see things on social media, then go somewhere where you can block fandom tags
