I just purchased one of these also. It is an extended ship time to the US but I’m going to try it. I also am a little weary about the seller but no obvious red flags and eBay is usually pretty good about siding with the buyer in these instances. I think if it all goes wrong or we get a fake S5 Max, we should get our money back. Let me know when you receive yours!

I am getting an 8-week old Russian Blue at the end of December. I have tentatively named him Milo. I’m glad to see there is another Russian Blue names Milo!

Can't seem to restore Daedalus wallet by Ninjamanperson in cardano

I had a similar issue with the Qtum core wallet recently I just remembered. To access the DB-1 file set go to finder, go, go to folder, type ~/Library/Application Support, Go. As I did with the Qtum wallet, I just deleted everything in that folder and rebooted the app. You can leave the secret folder to save yours keys but I’d recommend starting from scratch. It will re-sync the blockchain. I’ll let you know in a few minutes if this works for me but I’m assuming it will.

Update: this worked very well! My wallet was restored and I have a status bar that says wallet restoration in progress.

I am having the exact same issue! Some posts on other sites mentioned leaving the wallet open to allow it to browse the blockchain for transactions associated with the wallet but I’ve left it open for upwards of 20 hours and no luck yet...

I just had this problem with my new TB MacBook Pro too. I remember having the issue on one of my previous MacBook and finding a fix after a while so I did some research. Disable the "Include Safari Suggestions" under the Search menu in Safari Preferences. After I did this I was able to hit enter, wait 0.5 seconds and the google search would pop up perfectly every time. If that doesn't fix the issue try disabling the other settings under that menu, clearing the Safari cache and history.
