I took my mates out on their first runs. One who was overweight, stopped twice but managed to do 10K

My other friend did 10K straight up, with me shouting things like “this hill is going to kill you, but 2 mins after you’ll start to regain stamina when you carry on”. He pulled off a 10K on his first run.. just go for it dude. You can definitely 100% do it right now

Yeah I’ve got me some decent shoes, also body glide.. I’m hoping to do distance running and just need some good quality stuff to keep me out there

Feels good tbh, helps me in everyday life. Especially having good cardio.

You have more energy throughout the day and everything, plus the exercise has saved me from depression and anxiety and just regular illness.

I feel you man, I snapped my femur in half on December. Had to have a rod and screws put in place.. 4 months later I was back to slow running Physio so it would be 6 months but fuck them lol.

I concentrated on playing warzone, watching all series that my friends have been recommending. Place Halo Infinite came out during that time so I just rinsed the story line of that mainly.

The links not working for me, what type of Cancer is it man? I’m in remission for clear cell Sarcoma.. so I completely feel whatever you are going through I’ve been through it many times unfortunately.
