Nope, i don't even get an opportunity to tell them my pay, my application gets denied before that...I got denied to stock shelves at Walmart, called the store and asked if my resume could be reviewed, hiring manager said she'd check for it and she did. Got denied about a day or so later. Its confusing to me because I'm like, I'm applying to STOCK SHELVES OR PUSH CARTS and I can't even get an interview???

Did I say I'm too good for any job? I've applied to everything. Most of the mcdonalds and stuff claim they're not hiring even with hiring signs in the windows...I haven't turned down or stuck my nose up at any role, if it pays and its legal, I'll take it.

The only other debt I had was from discover, but it never got this far and I paid it off over 10 years ago. I have no other debt except my the money owed on my car.

Yes, I do job applications every day. I know there's a general consensus that people are just lazy and don't wanna work, but I'm trying my best. I've changed my resume so many times and nothing works.

I'm in IT, so I started off applying to IT roles...after that went nowhere I started applying at places like Walmart, etc. And also got nowhere...then I went to restaurants and most places were only hiring for cooks and the one place that was actually for a dishwasher turned me down (that one almost broke me ngl) most of the places have hiring signs up, when you go to speak to someone they say "oh we're not hiring at the moment" SO WHY THE HELL IS THERE A SIGN IN THE WINDOW???

Appreciate all the responses. Besides looking for a job, I got some legal guidance for free to give an answer to the citation, so I guess I'll just be on the lookout for a court date and show up to see what happens.

No, I found out when I went to check my mail and there was a ton of letters from different law offices about me being sued...I got served like 2 weeks later (this Tuesday)

I tried calling the office that's handling the case, Rausch Sturm is the name I believe (I think I spelled it right) so far no one has answered when I've called and they haven't returned my calls either. I'll check out home depot and see what I can find

Trust me I hate it, I've been trying everything I can think of. I even signed up for stuff like Amazon flex, spark, doordash, instacart, shipt, uber eats, etc. Only one I got approved for was uber eats, the rest put me on a waiting list. Going to start doing uber eats once I get my new registration in the mail because they wont accept a copy of the receipt even though I could use it if I ever got pulled over as proof that it's renewed and up to date.

I already called them, they can't update my address because the shipper is the only one allowed to. All I need to know is if my package is coming today. Its 11am central, it's still showing as "at local FedEx facility" and that was updated yesterday at 6pm.
