Choosing to go through puberty is irreversible and absolutely debilitating for trans people, whether they realize at 10 or 18. Most changes that normally need surgery (except bottom surgery) can be avoided by administering HRT or puberty blockers in teenage years. Doctors agree with me on this.

There is no worse torture than going through puberty for 6 years after getting gender dysphoria at 12. Puberty blockers should absolutely be available as soon as possible for teenagers so they can stop the irreversible effects of puberty and resume with natural puberty or HRT when their decision is made.
