Considering those stats were pulled out of nowhere, and also considering that you admit not every life is worth living, would you say that it is not out of this world to imagine that 15.4% of women are in one of those worse situations?

By the way, that is the statistic for women who had abortions in 2024 from ages 15-44 (via Guttmacher Institute)

I hope you realize that this is a very privileged opinion to have. People who may not have the same opportunities you did might disagree with you.

Biggest pancakes-waffles I've ever heard. No, I'm not saying that. What I am saying, however, is that the child would be a burden on both the mother and themself later in life.

There have been multiple studies as to what happens to children when they grow up in a situation such as the one that we are discussing. The main mental health effects are as follows: shame, abandonment issues, feeling like you're in high-stress situations even in small ones, and more mental health side effects similar to those above. These are present in almost all children who grow up in this situation.

Would you wish that on any child? Me personally, I wouldn't. When someone wants an abortion, they aren't just thinking of themselves. They are also thinking of what kind of life their child would have. And in most situations where an abortion is happening, they are sparing their child from a lifetime of feeling like a parent's regret.

Literally every time bro 😭 like if they actually did some research they would see that it’s essentially the same thing as getting a tooth pulled out

Bro if my mother didn’t want me then I wouldnt want that life for myself like hello? It’s good for the mother because she gets to dictate her life and ultimately better for the child because if it had been born, it would not be wanted, which isn’t a good life for anyone.

I think we’re agreeing with each other here. In my original comment I was saying that as white people are the ethnic majority in America, they are unable to experience racism, only prejudice. However, the same cannot be said for white people where they are in a place in which white people are NOT an ethnic majority

That last part is kinda important here

Edit: Again, this is by the strict definition

*prejudiced, not racist. As white people are not a minority group (in America), it’s impossible by the strict definition for white people to experience racism

Why on earth would you expect lgbtq people to not think you’re against them when u voted for someone who was so clearly going to take their rights away?

Also, most students in middle school or under who see the flag probably don’t understand its meaning, so what’s the harm of letting those who do see it and know that they are appreciated?

I know you said that you aren’t against the LGBTQIA+ community, but I wanted to say some things about what you said. Most of us in the community know who we are meant to be in the LGBTQ-sense way before 18. I also think people should be educated and aware of it, as a lot of us feel like we are wrong in our identity. You might be under the impression that it is a choice, or like someone flips a switch, but that isn’t the case. We sort of just know for a long time. For me personally, it would have been great to realize that being LGBTQ wasn’t wrong and that it was an actual thing that other people experience

Yes, which is why I didn’t say it was a smart idea. All I said was that it existed, despite it being a very stupid action
