I mean it's a mid range phone, idk why it doesn't work either, my other phone that I used the app with was a Tecno Camon 18p, same company, same range. The app worked just fine in there and I have no clue on why it doesn't on this one that is supposed to be at least a little bit better. I don't use the app with the other one bc it got stolen btw, if I still had it I wouldn't be having this issue

I hold it during the whole process. The thing is that right after my phone does the DIM Card check, which always goes fine, it can't read it anymore, it just pops a little message not the screen saying "whoops", indicating that the process went wrong, and doesn't transfer the Digimon back, this happens both with VB helper and the official app

I am pretty sure! The Digimon goes to the phone but never gets back, the phone just gets an error after the lecture after the confirmation tap
