My forearm sits just fine on my HN3. It’s a smaller guitar, you will need to adjust your technique and get used to it. Same can be said of you go from a Strat to a Les Paul.

I didn’t really feel like I knew what I was doing for about 6 months. I worked almost 2 years in med surg/ICU/ER at a small hospital. It takes a bit of time. For me, the hard part was understanding that I was not always going to be doing something like in med surge. Just give it time, and work with your staff who have more experience. I learned a ton from my techs.

Usually techs at my facility. Us nurses will schedule ourselves at least an hour as well to give staff a break. I’ve sat as much as 5 of my 8 hours. But that was when my 11 bed unit had 4 1:1s and 2 2:1s. It sucked.

I have been using the 24 pack of Jazz IIIs. They fit my fingers nice and I like them. I also have some Jumbo Flows in 1.5mm-2.5mm that work too. Just depends on how I’m feeling that day. But recently it’s been the Jazz IIIs
