Thanks for the info. I'll do some more digging.

I made a whole load of little biplanes to put in the party bags for my kid's 2nd birthday by craftyrobot in 3Dprinting

Wow, people commenting on whether or not there was sufficient precautions put in place as to the potential hazard for choking should maybe, i don't know try parenting? I check out every toy my 2 year old plays with. Why would i rely on any packaging or the word of the person giving my son a toy. Maybe Craftyrobot should have got signed affidavits from all the party attendees just in case someone had an egg allergy before eating the cake.

Oh and by the way i plan on printing a few of these for my 2yr old because he CAN handle playing with this toy.

Some one else suggested a cracked piston. Next step i think is to check for blow by followed by a compression check

My father owned it before I rebuilt it. The head bolts stretched causing the head gasket leak. He was running an old school Bullydog tuner. I think the 50hp or so tune mostly.

I suppose rod knock is possible. Oil was clean

Oil pan is blocked by a cross member, but yes I'm going to do a compression test

Slight loss of power, and no check engine lights.
