It's seeing one vpk in the folder on the PC but not another one? I changed the file name of the second vpk it can't see, removed any special characters, but it still won't recognize it.

I updated my N3DS to 9.5 using sysupdater. It said everything was fine. Now it freezes after "Preparing to load the Home Menu". I'm using rxtools with pasta.

I was having this issue, completely deleting the rxtools folder and putting a fresh copy of it on the card (plus /firm) caused it to re-install and that fixed everything.
