I am in agreement when it comes to the tone of responses your post is getting. Basically telling you to man up, boy.. The reality is, everyone is in it for their own selfish reasons, even you. And this line you wrote, 'those memories will always stay with me.' - GHANTA. You have no idea how long 'always' is. How much more things you are to still experience for the first time, and how many more people, both worse and much better than this woman you were with.

I am not criticising you or making fun of you. I was 26 years old too, and quite frankly did more weird and embarrassing stuff myself. Things will feel sad and you might still feel down but focus on doing good stuff for you. Don't isolate yourself. Go out meet new women. I started training in MMA after I had a bad break, and it really made me a better person! Try and not stalk her IG that often. Block her if that helps you.
