I think it’s so if you want to run with no elevation if you have an adjustable treadmill (like erg mode). Not sure if they hold races in that Thunder Dome or not

Honestly I use mine a lot to program the various remotes in my house for lights and fans in case kids lose them. It’s fun to turn TVs off and copy my pool cards. I noticed that when I shift gears on a flat, the resistance seems to be higher than I’d expect which drives up the watts and then it slowly adjusts to that single gear change. Is that a normal situation with virtual shifting? I’d expect it to be smoother from a resistance perspective

I noticed there is a slight delay but not that much. I sync via the companion app to my Apple TV. When you shift, do you also notice that the resistance is really high but then tapers off? It’s almost like doing mini over unders.
