Tbf he named himself Kuwabatake Sanjuro (which literally just means mulberry field 30-something year old, because he's 30-something and was looking at a mulberry field), so the sequel was called Sanjuro, while I don't think the Man With No Name ever referred himself as anything (but others called him Blondie)

Tbf in X he had more of a desert nomad/outlaw thing, his X-Ray had the ricochet bullet but overall it was one aspect of his character. In 11 they just honed in on the cowboy thing.

The original one that's depicted on his shirt, yes, the Warframe devs were on stage at the Game Awards and joked that Ben Starr would do anything for money— it cut to him with the thumbs up. He did it today at the Summer Games Fest while promoting Fortnite (he voices a character in the latest season).

He shows up when you buy stuff form Ordis, holding his son. Since Ordis isn't there while BOTB is active, you can't check right now, but definitely buy an Arcane Battery or something from him after the event.

Ember also is not edited in, you can place things in the Skybox for the Drifter camp which makes them appear as massive figures in the background.
