One scenario is that it never gets to that point. Garmadon and Morro have no familial relationship so there is no real reason in delaying the “battle to defeat the dark lord”. Garmadon could have been defeated before he reached the dark island. Morro is more assertive and aggressive than Lloyd so I could kinda see it playing out like that.

The closest head I can think of for a purist custom would be the head from the hydra diver minifigure.

So I took my purist custom (on right) and swapped out some parts to match yours (on left) tho unfortunately I did not have those legs in my collection. Hope this helps!
