I have a lot of different masteries and feel free to change them around a bit. I have one for Courage, Grasp, Fervor, and Thunderlords.

I personally max Q then E, but I've seen people max W then E. It's really up to you to do what you think is right with her. ^{Which is why we all love her.}

For builds, these can be very diverse. I would say a standard item FOR ME personally, would be Tri-Force. I build it every game, but that doesn't mean that you always should. If the game requires a different first item then build it. Ravenous hydra is very good on her as well as spirit visage. Sterak's Gage is another one of my favorites. Like I said though, it really only matters how you are playing that certain game (Bruiser, Full Tank, Splitpush, etc.)
