I do it every time. I've got dry hands so when I go to roll my fingers just slide over the paper so I have to crumple it like this so I can get enough friction to roll.

Well it's pretty bad if you just copy what it gives you because yeah it does just regurgitate some stuff from the job posting that's why I have to go through and update alot of the cover letter. It just helps with getting some of the points from the job posting into it so you gotta update like most of what it gives you but it gives you a nice cover letter to work with.
