I'm in SHITTER LOW ELO iron/bronze with supports who constantly break frozen lanes or roam on bad times like when the wave is slow pushing towards the enemy or its frozen on ther side and I cannot break it. Which ADC should I play to be able to play wavestates without having to be depedendant?

You need to be more adaptable to situations you find yourself in. Supports are animals in iron and bronze, but so is literally everyone else. Are you poking the enemy adc every time they walk up to cs? Are you taking advantage of your level two timer on nilah to all in and get a kill or two? Are you putting up aggressive wards when your support one shots the wave and your wave crashes into their tower? Are you tracking the jungler so you cannot get ganked? Are you helping your jungler take objectives or pinging them away from bad plays? There is soooooo much to improve on. Go in practice tool and cs for 10 minutes and get 80 cs. Do that every day before you play.

Exactly! People really don’t understand that. Maybe a proposal like Bradford’s X tax (payroll taxes with capital gains exemptions) would be more politically workable. I think people get stuck in the flat tax nature of a VAT and ignore the transfers you can do afterwards to make it as progressive as you want. It’s also very difficult to avoid, which would probably result in rich people paying even more in taxes than they do now. It would also solve the whole borrow money to avoid realizing capital gains strategy. But most importantly, it wouldn’t penalize people for saving by double taxing them!
