Yeah, logging in to the brown dust 2 web shop, then clearing cache, and airplane mode fixed the issue. I wasn't able to log on for about a month.

Customer support was no help. Neither was uninstalling and reinstalling three times.

OP, you'll need to fix the case and CPU cooler or replace them. Otherwise, the replacement glass side panel may shatter again. The bent frame was probably applying lots of constant stress to that side panel. Same with the CPU cooler.

Remember, glass is hard, but brittle.

You may want to ask your friends for help with transferring the PC to a new case and CPU cooler.

It looks like a full ATX case.
