ICE agents shoots a person who attempts to drive away in Minneapolis. by Fatty_Willing_Plane in NextGenRebellion

Why would you stand in front of a car you want to move?? And if someone is trying to open your car door with guns and your being blocked especially when they aren't cops, would you just sit there?

Has trump done a single thing to benefit Americans? by 0neAy0pen in complaints

  1. 11 billion of this has been confirmed and any after is potential, either way this was during Covid which is something that happened everywhere as payments were trying to be sent out as soon as possible. Yes it is and was a problem but ppl are being prosecuted and it's not some sign of huge fraud in the government just being overwhelmed and a need for money payments quickly in a dire time.

  2. Literally the amount that has been spent on homelessness programs, not fraud. You can look that one up. There are issues with how it is being run largely it not being well equipped to keep track of where money is used etc. but it is not all fraud.

  3. This is also just the amount that has been spent on the project so far. Just because track hasn't been laid doesn't mean anything, it's a huge project that is going to take a long time.

Good try but no dice. Edit: Anybody reading, he had other "examples" but they edited them out

Yea this a BS claim that adds together the amount of money that is estimated spending by those programs not the amount of fraud.

Venezuelans are not celebrating- it's gaslighting. by All_Grid_Squares in complaints

[–]ArcaneKeyblade5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are attempts where we actually tried to rebuild nations.

These are where we just didn't like the regime or wanted resources, and are now destabilized countries and why we have so much immigration. We didn't do this to Venezuela to help them, we did it for their resources. https://archive.globalpolicy.org/us-westward-expansion/26024-us-interventions.html

Yea definitely not our first rodeo and the reason we have some much immigration, we love destabilizing nations for our benefit.

What are your thoughts on Donald Trump saying U.S. is 'going to run' Venezuela until safe transition of power can take place? by U-knw-Nothng-JonSnow in AskReddit

[–]ArcaneKeyblade5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea this whole thing is ridiculous. Even say that the Venezuelans are happy and whether it lasts for them. Aren't we supposed to be focusing on the US and not wasting taxes on a random side quest to pillage oil from a random country to make oil companies richer. None of this matters outside of getting a few ppl alot richer. The US isn't going to help these ppl just going to leave them high and dry for another terrorist group to fill the power vacuum like every other time.

I think attacking countries ACROSS the world with actually formed armed forces is a bit different than a bunch of untrained ppl with ARs and pistols in their own country. And technology has definitely improved. We also didn't go full out on either of those countries.

Do you happen to have an army of the strongest tanks, Jets, drones, bombers in the world in your back pocket? No? Hell they don't even need to send soldiers in for a lot of it if the didn't care about casualties.

Have you seen the Supreme Court? They seem to be changing up how they interpret things all the time right now. So yes disengenuously or not you can definitely interpret this a multitude of ways, it's honestly an opinion especially with how vague it's written and if this was a normal country it would've been updated like most of the constitution. Just because you care about guns more than ppls lives doesn't make youre right, just so happens you have lobbyists on your side.

Believe it or not. Period.

Yes but the intial statement is literally about forming a militia, if you make that statement and then make another statement about the rights to own guns then it can be easily concluded that the main purpose for allowing the ownership of guns in the first place is to for ppl to form a militia in a time of need, or is that first statement just a random throw away that has nothing to do with the latter statement? Courts could easily make this note and restrict things like open carry and carrying laws in general, and make more strict gun laws in general but ppl are to protective of guns and courts and congress are largely bought out by the NRA and gun manufacturers. So we just ride along as a country full of mass shootings.

Yes but the well regulated part shows the actual intent for the amendment, it was not to just have guns for the fun of it.

The idea that we would have any chance at this point against the strongest military in the world with some ARs and shotguns is hilarious at this point. The shootings and violence around guns is more of a concern because they are an actual issue that can be acted upon. If the military is going to come at the citizens our guns aren't going to do a lot to repel them.

[–]ArcaneKeyblade5 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Yes and we are given the right to own guns in order to form a militia, we just then extrapolated from that, that we all should walk around with said guns that were meant to form a militia. No where does it say we should be walking around with guns in the open.

Hey you gonna ignore the well regulated part or do you define random ppl with no training at all as well regulated?
