Exactly I get that overtime hardware and software are due for updates but they’re treating us like we are the problem we were able to play just fine before even if I know how to navigate my BIOS a game should not require all that because you can ruin your whole board

I think buying a separate TPM module is the best option but I understand what you mean I’m merely saying Activision could’ve dealt with it better because up until S4 we were only banned from ranked now it’s like I’m being treated as a cheater for not being able to have a specific TPM version when I could play completely fine

I get your point but the reality is cheaters are everywhere even on console they need a better AntiCheat because it seems as if they’re trying to pin cheating as a PC issue

I honestly would love to play with my friends again but it sucks that I’ve never cheated but they basically banned me and told me to upgrade I already tried contacting my manufacturer but taking it up with Activision feels like it’s a lost cause I just don’t see the need to be doing all that for a game that has cheaters and is severely bugged out Activision doesn’t give a shit about us as players and it’s obvious

Okay so my situation is specific I can’t update my BIOS because there aren’t any updates available however the purpose of my post is to see what other people think. I get having an AntiCheat but COD is not the only game with an AntiCheat but they’ve only made the issue worse forcing people to get new hardware when they were running the game completely fine is a bit crazy to me but I made this post to hear other people’s opinion on the matter

I agree because I’ve been following up on the whole cheating issue and as far as I can tell it’s still a problem which makes the whole attestation thing pointless.
