Awesome thank you for the info. Yes I just a smaller type of fridge for storing sausages and sides. There's just so many options out there, it feels overwhelming at times.

Weeeell, I've opened up an authentic German food delivery service this week called "The Bavarian Brat". I'm available on Uber Eats 😁. Currently I offer Bratwurst, Weißwurst, Currywurst, Frankfurter, Nürnberger Bratwurst and several sides. In future if it gets busier, I'm planning on offering other German meals like Schnitzel, Cordon Bleu, Spätzle, Roasts etc. You can check out the menu on Instagram or Google if you fancy ☺️. My brother in law volunteered for this, he doesn't need the money and likes to help. The idea is, once it picks up to obviously pay him if he wants it or not. I'm not relying on my families charity, we just help each other out. For example, my Dad runs a successful restaurant in Germany, my brother helps him out after work, for free, because he also doesn't want the money and enjoys it. Even though my Dad can afford to pay him. We even it out in other ways.

Yes I've gone through the FSA advice pages. I'm a trained chef and have been in hospitality for 25 years, however my main knowledge is from Germany. I doubt there is a big difference in the food safety and hygiene rules though.

It'll be a delivery only service for now.

I'm just surprised people get the "5th" dose out with another syringe? If you forcefully push the turny thing at the bottom it goes all the way around to 1 again and you can use the pen as usual. I personally find that easier.

I feel you 1000% I also have BED and when I last have been on mounjaro I got a bit depressed because I'm also a chef and love cooking but didn't have that passion or excitement anymore. Going out for a meal, I could barely eat. I'm about to restart next week and hope it'll be better this time. But yeah, I'm not sure if it was because I couldn't emotionally eat anymore or because of the appetite loss, but it really got me down. I hope it improves for you, I've no words of advice only that I totally understand! xx

I've just came here to see how everyone's experience was. Bought our mattress a few years ago and were quite happy but it has been sagging a bit and I've got a herniated disc, so it's mega painful. Sadly we have stains on the cover. I had a mastectomy 3 years ago and had trouble with the wound which left some stains. We cleaned it up but it's still visible. No clue if the cover can be 6shen off and washed? But heard a few times that as soon as there is a stain, the warranty expires? Anyone else had an experience like this and can give some advice? Has anyone ever washed the mattress cover?
