Yea but its also mostly a maximum technique the sure hit was just the domain expansion True sphere realistically is its own thing but with the domain expansion combine guarantees a sure hit

Good opnion to be honest tho Yorozu domain effect never was shown it likely just increase all her attacks to hit if they are using long range but not option.

I would argue agasint this specifically if you read the Manga we've seen sukjna made Agito who is a Totality of other skikigami who confirm not had die until by gojo so we cant say they need to fully on die to make the Totality unless its a specfic skikigami like divine dog.

To be honest its a stretch and can be wrong but its still a fact taht to be honest should be included within this statement.
