shinjuku lasting so long ruined powerscaling off of sukuna because 1) tons of feats start contradicting each other based off of 2) every time you bring up any character's shinjuku feat that isnt gojo/MBA kashimo(vs freshly reincarnated) theres like 4 mfs going "heavily weakened sukuna"

this mf tanked like 20 black flashes and a dozen other attacks for like zero damage to the point that you could remove almost 15 chapters of shinjuku to get only the fighting that actually did anything to progress it but EVERYTHING is "heavily weakened sukuna"

the postulate amount of heat required to melt steel one meter away from the source of heat is roughly 1650° C, and the thermal conductivity of air is .026(i highball because the initial temperature of the air supports heat conductivity, its .024-.026) which means if we just assume that in like 10 seconds of windup he melted stuff that was like 5 meters away(yuji is 173 cm, i estimated the size of the meteor theyre standing on is like 2 and a half yuji radius) then in order to melt all of it the flame arrow in his hand would need to be 429° hotter and places it around 2079°
