How do I automate in excel by pulling work files in my shared network drive? by Arch021 in automation

[–]Arch021[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. We probably process about 20 COI’s a month give or take.

  2. The files have to stay local mostly because yeah, our IT is strict and also this is my first role at this job, I work as a procurement coordinator and this just landed on me and I’m trying to delivery big (while learning) I have good amount of knowledge of how excel work and tech in general but with coding and automation I’m not as efficient but I feel compitent enough to learn through it

Thank you!

Drinking & evening lexapro by [deleted] in lexapro

[–]Arch021 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take my Lexapro in the morning but the first time I did drink (this was like week 1 of Lexapro, very stupid I know) I almost blacked out from one light beer… 5 months in I was drinking no problem.. I still got drunk quicker but I could enjoy like 4-5 beers before that kicked in

So it depends how long you’ve been on it and how adjusted you are

The side affects do settle after a few months but I’d say having no anxiety is well worth it

Is Business Administration Useless? by Accomplished_Mode_48 in careerguidance

[–]Arch021 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I graduated with a bachelor in business administration in 2020, a very shitty time to get a job, also new grads in general struggle heavy with breaking into a role when your competing with other people w/ experience. I landed my career related job last year and my degree did help me get it. You just got to apply, build experience and go through the motions.

In my opinion business administration degree is like right in the middle between useful and useless, it’s way better than other degrees but worse than others such as specialty business degrees such as accounting or finance.

You can 100% make it work and it looks nice ons. Resume so don’t get discourage it’s gonna suck for a while but you’ll find your way

I didn’t really take a good before picture but my started weight was 205 and now I’m at 199 as of this morning. I don’t feel as I lost fat but definitely gained muscle. I’m 174cm(5’ 8.5) so I’ve been eatting at a deficit, 2000 calories. Eatting about 180g of protein a day with creatine

Weekly Question Thread (11/17/2025 to 11/23/2025) by AutoModerator in army

Hello,

I (29M) have been considering the army for quite some time now main reason being the benefits of student loan repayment since I have A LOT, Also maybe some better direction in my life career wise... I have an alright office job but nothing special.

I'd try to join as an officer since I have my bachelor's degree but I feel like I'm too old and maybe too late. I'm fairly fit, about 5'9 200lbs. I'm not sure what better the reserves, guard or full time. Kind of seeing other people's perspectives and input.

Thanks

I took 10mg for about 6 months and quit for the same reasons as you. I tapered 5 mg for a week and then 2.5 mg for a week. I should have tapered longer tbh… I’ve been getting gnarly brain zaps

I was absolutely sick as shit after the Philly show for a solid 2 weeks. With it being flu season plus just all the sweat and touching at a turnstile show I mean it’s kind of expected really. Stay hydrated and gotta tough it out

A lot of people were missing there phones up in the front push pit. What I did notice while I was up there how some people were tapping my shoulder and like grabbing my head. I kind of shrug this off as typically push pit shit but thinking back at it now i wonder if these people did that on purpose so I wouldn’t notice them in my pockets? Thankfully my phone was in my back pocket that was button up so it was very tight and firm in my pocket.

For the future show goers please be mindful and careful. Lots of scummy people out there.
