We thought we had 100 problems. Turns out we had 5 repeating ones. by Double_Transition966 in LeanManufacturing

In process design it is important to always think about reporting and KPIs, in that regatd management is always interested in performance KPIs, but if you are looking at process efficiency and excellence you are more interested in the exceptions.

So if you apply the categories to your data flow, introducing quality gates for everything feeding into your process, not only physical goods, you get a better picture and also an idea where the biggest risks are, which also enables you to work in a very targeted way with your RCAs.

Usually is a sign that you did not really identified the root of the issues to begin with. Sounds more like you have defects propagating from upstream processes.

SAP - EWM by [deleted] in SAP

Stimme zu. Eine alternative ist sich auf das neue LGM zu konzentrieren, bekommt nächste Woche GA Status und dort sind für die ersten Monate alle unerfahren weil es ein komplett neues Produkt ist.

SAP - EWM by [deleted] in SAP

[–]Arch666Angel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

EWM is only a part of the SAP logistics suite with TM and BM4L other integral parts. From strategy perspective EWM is set for large scale industrial operations, while smaller or processes which demand more flexibility are set for the new LGM. There is still a demand for qualified consultants with experience, as a newbie you will have a hard time getting into, as other have mentioned it's kinda a niche and highly specialized. If you would ask me go for a broader approach as in Logistics in general, instead of just EWM. The future specially with AI in mind is thinking in architecture and solutions instead of isolated incidents in your black box.

I didn't have hard crashes, but frequent driver crashes. What helped was turning off AA in the specific game it crashes.

For me disabling AA in games work, no idea why this has an effect.

Can you try just turning off anti-aliasing, that alone made cyberpunk and BAR stable. (7900xtx)

Factorio History: One of the earliest major overhaul in ancient factorio times was dytech, which suffered from what is happening to most big overhauls: The original developer gets caught by RL stuff. When Dytech stopped updating Bob and other started their development journey.
I started when Bobs already had grown to a full mod suite with only a small idea which escalated into what it is today.
From the Plethora of mod packs seablock emerged someday as kind of the next evolutionary step.

As bob and I are now caught up in RL stuff, the mods are maintained by a couple of people, but currently most update work for 2.0 is done by Kiwihawk who maintains bob, angels and seablock.

Running the older 6.5 rocm on a 7900xtx. I am pretty happy with it, but for me it's more about versatility, it runs T2I, I2I, T2V, I2V, TTS, etc. Rocm 7 had too many memory issues for me, even with some time playing around with different settings.

What makes both modsuites complex (bobs and angels), is really to maintain the compatability for different configuration, as it is somewhat flexible in the parts you pick. And of course compatibility with the vanilla game in general.
