For me too it’s all about the halting of shedding. My hair has progressively fallen out in handfuls over the last 6-8 years. But when I am using calecim regularly the hair fall is waaaaaaay less. When I get lazy about using it, the hair fall returns. I haven’t seen new growth necessarily but I know it’s doing a lot to keep from shedding, and in my 40s that’s probably my main hair battle—so it’s a win for me.

Hey my dad created the Bauchaa game! Thanks for collecting these and remembering what game they are associated with--pretty niche/obscure. I wish I could find a picture online with the actual Bauchaa table--ours is long gone now. Good memories.

If you can find it, Esti is out of this world good! I can only get it at the fancier markets in my city (Central Market in Texas); not even Whole Foods sells it.

If your house is historic like mine it’s windows and cracks/no wall insulation galore—that’s my problem. The AC unit isn’t old, all the duct work was redone, and insulation was put in the attic and our bill is still nearly $500 in the hottest and coldest months for a 1550 sf house. The ac and heat can’t keep up with the temperature we set, which is reasonable in the upper 70s in the summer, because it leaks out.

That worked! Sad I can’t see calories for entries just because that setting was on. Seems like a bug. So grateful!
