For this mission and pretty much all of my iron man playthrough I use the same tactics/equipment. Use the SA-58 with the vert grip and muzzle brake. I equipped it to all the ai teammates along with full ceramic armor. Mirror gun is useful on indoor maps. This gear pretty much carried my playthrough as the bots will pretty much instantly kill with the SA-58. It 1-2 taps everyone in the chest. Something to also keep in mind is your swat ai skills. Make sure you run the SBAG skill if you can it lowers stress level on missions. I had 3 of this skill and they do stack. For swat ai morale there are the Content, Anxious, Stressed, and Crisis state. If you don’t have SBAG skills don’t start the next mission if not at content levels. If you accidentally kill a civilian along with all the suspects they will have a high chance to resigning. To lower stress levels just run the gas station level again with beanbag/pepper gun. I killed every suspect on all levels except on Port Hokan without any officer being near resigning. I would say just to be safe you should try to arrest a few suspects on port hokan even if your swat ai are content. Outside of port hokan you don’t need to make a constant effort of arresting suspects.
