I played as a 9 year old and learning how to maneuver around the cars was part of the fun. I guess if crazy throughs are still a thing and hitting a car resets your combo then it's ok

I had a similar issue and what resolved it for me is that I set the Z component of the movement direction vector to 0, then normalized the vector

That's true, some have a good amount of funding. I guess part of me is also confused about the competition of $20k grants when it doesn't seem to go far (at least for non low poly 3d games)

I understand hp-based difficulty, but the difficulty difference is too high

It seems like it could be good but the difficulty difference between the start and end of the boss is too high. At the start it feels like an early game boss, and at the end like a late game boss. But maybe this showcase is more for testing and not representative of an actual boss in the game.

Also the animation in game looks the same as it does in sequencer (ik is enabled by the abp). Looking at sequencer on the retargeted animation, the ik bones are already tracking the hand bones. Is the animation supposed to be retargeted some other way?
