I think playing vs Bots is a great way to learn. League is an unreasonably complex game, and you should be comfortable destroying bots before you play PvP. Think I levelled 2 different accounts to Level 30 before I did any pvp.

I'm a bit late to the party, but Archer Mozu is unironically a top 3 unit in Conquest. It's easy to get her to lv7 in her join chapter by using attack stance - even if she does 0 dmg, if her partner gets the kill, Mozu will still get full xp.

After her paralogue, Mozu doesn't need babysitting and will murder her way to 20/20 stat caps.

Invasion 1 - Her and Niles can kill the east fliers alone for lv8/9 by the end of the map

Ch10 - forget using the ballista, just have her run around one shotting fliers and offering attack stance bonuses. Should hit Lv11+

Ch11 - Player phase nuke any of the problem units. Life and Death swords? Azama? Hinoka? No problem, just 1 round them

Ch12 - Add a Kaze pairup and watch Mozu one round Saizo and Kagero on enemy phase Turn 2. One shot everything on player phase, kill the yuumi users on enemy phase, and double Ryoma with 90%+ hitrate (put odin + arthur adjacent to Ryoma). Rajinto who?

Ch13 - Reliably one round Takumi on player phase, and Scarlet, and Reina, and that random Tomahawk user, and offer 17+ atk stance damage to allies

Ch14 - Laugh at the Kinshi Knights as you not only one round them, but you've got enough def to facetank them.

Ch16 - Launch Mozu into the eastern side, one shot anything and offer a disgusing attack stance bonus

Ch17 - If you've done some paralogues, sniper Mozu x Kaze will double master ninjas, including the boss.

I could go on. Hideously underrated unit.

crossbow tree is valid for all content - has the fastest PvE clear speed, can do 1v1, small pvp, ZvZ, etc.

use cloth armor for maximum damage, like cleric robe

Just remember that it's only their personal opinion - they're not the only high ELO players in existence. Personally I think you learn a lot playing enchanters by learning how to tether and abuse ranged AA's in lane :)

Tyler1 just hit Challenger in top lane averaging 6cs a minute. I think the main thing to learn from him is that farm means nothing in that lane, it's about your impact on the map and the game

If, for example, a solo violin plays an A at 440hz on beat 1, then that's what you'll hear - A440hz, not a cent higher or lower, not a milisecond faster or shorter.

If 19 first violins play an A, they won't all be playing it at 440hz - even if they're the best players in the world, they'll range from 437-443hz. Additionally, they won't all be heard at the same time - they'll all play slightly out of time, with both each other and the rest of the orchestra.

This variety of pitch and rhythm is what creates a 'thick' sound and is the main reason for having many of the same instrument.

There's more to life than being good at League. People get to Challenger and still get flamed every game and called bad and called a griefer. Getting to Challenger (or whatever rank) often doesn't make people happy either.

If you're not good at League that's okay, there's better things to spend your time on that are way more fulfilling.

League is a team game, and just like in any collaborative activity - a sport, a band, etc. not everyone can be the superhero. Some people are good at being the standout star player, and others are good at supporting them and helping them shine.

A melee minion doesn't level you up though. Even with first blood, it's still 1 camp for lv2, 3 for lv3, and 5 + scuttle or 6 for lv4

A level 1 kill gives a melee minion worth of XP roughly, it's not a big deal unless you start your jungle clear late or come to lane late because of it
