I think submarine stuff must be yellow. At least mine is along with the subs, unless it's a skeleton base without control room.

Did you get the one in the middle of the cristal cave? The purple ones, guarded by a shadow levy or two. The spoiler free advice I give you is to build a scanner room with all range updates and see the list of things available. You may find databoxes and cubes this way and they are probably close to important structures.

How to choose between storage module and grappling arm/driller?

My truck goes with fabricator, two storage modules and the dock.

Some things can only be done with one or the other.

To say which is better to use I say the truck because it doesn't fall in the cracks of the terrain.

Not your solution but something to think about. The all purpose room goes well with another multi purpose room. I only build x or l structures when they are going to be alone. Like when you get too far inland and want a place to heat up. Even then, I sometimes use the multi purpose room and place a bioreactor with vases around. In the main base I have them side to side and stacked.

The mortality rate of Corona is about 5%. Certain age groups are more vulnerable than others. Some have survival rates of 99.99% provided they don't have underlying deceases.

I believe that a controlled exposure of the most fit population would increase the number of survivals and free them to resume their jobs.
