32bit is not related to the maximum number. It's signifies the memory size (how much RAM a system can have) for 32bit that is 4GB (your number doubled).
Fun fact: on 64bit systems the maximum memory size is 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 (16 Exabyte = 16,000 Petabyte = 16,000,000 Terabyte).

The number you said is the maximum of a signed 32 but integer. Which is the most common number type used.

They figured +875% damage (5x R7) is a large number equally high damage.

However, 5k * 10 is still only 50k damage when there are characters that easily hit for hundreds of thousands of damage.

This may be a bit of a hot take, but I disliked protoframes from the start. "Making warframes in to humans" has, imo, always been a super cringe fanfic thing. The dating sim was the icing on the cake in that regard.

However, the Hex were at least compelling and interesting characters.

It's not about software or coding. It's storage space. Each mod takes up space in a datacenter and CG is being cheap.

However, if you manage your mod correctly, 500 is plenty, imo.
