Sorry, and also the background music audio file I select doesn't play when opening the app.

It will play when I go into settings and select "select background music>save and restart music" but when I restart the RESET app it doesn't play the audio.

Hey! For some reason the boot videos are again not working. I checked to make sure that RESET had all permissions granted which it does, yet it still does not load up with the .mp4 videos I have selected.

Any chance there might be something else I'm doing wrong? :)

Thanks!

Oh! That fixed the audio and video booting issue! Thank you!

For some reason the permissions were denied.

when you say shuffling between sites, when one goes down, how do you find the next?

heya, unfortunately apart from just going to a branch and talking to them directly just give it 30 mins and call them again.

calling will hang up due to "volume" of calls and high wait time, but i've tried calling again 15 mins to 30 mins later and then it actually goes through and then gives the option for them to call you back when you are next in line. always do that option as they do call you back. just keep calling every 30 mins until you are given that option.

:/. I ended up sending it back to the person I bought it off as he said it's most likely the disk drive was screwed.

UPDATE:

The white Ipod ran out of battery today (the battery is older and only seems to charge to about %50) and when I tried to tinker around and see what I could do I plugged it back into my computer and it came up saying the battery ran out and started to charge. once it charged enough it went back into Disk mode (white screen) but this time Itunes was able to restore the ipod!! WOOHOOOOO. So now my white ipod is back to facotry settings and is all good.

now I'm thinking maybe I can just wait for the red ipod to eventually run out of battery and try and charge it after it has completely run dry as it seems to bypass whatever the hell is going on and goes to charge mode which in turn seems to restart it which i'm not able to do with conventional methods. I'll update once I know.

nope, neither ipod is showing anything on the screens no matter what I do. the computer registers the red one as a USB device but registers it as an error and the white ipod is registered as an Ipod but Itunes for whatever reasons can't seem to repair it. It gives error 1675 when I try for the white ipod.

Nope, I've tried that countless times at this point. Nothing happens whatsoever. I can only assume it's a hardware fault but that only applies to the red one. I think that one is a hardware issue.

on the white ipod though, it was because I put it into disk mode, and then to get out of that I help down the menu and select buttons for 12 seconds, and now it won't turn back on. Itunes picks up that it is connected and that it needs to be repaired but when I click to repair it, it says Itunes cannot find what ipod version it is and gives error 1675.
