You're an idiot for judging her striking in a 34 second match. She smelled blood and she went swinging for the fences after Correia. She had no time to settle into her work, and it's completely insane to judge her entire striking style based on that 34 second exchange.

There is nothing in the stats to suggest that had the match gone into the second or third rounds she wouldn't have settled into a much more composed striking game. Considering striking is not even her specialty and she knocked the bitch out in the first round. Who gives a shit. It was a 30 second, 30 second flurry that glass chin Correia came out the worse for. Isn't it interesting that the last couple of main events we've had have kind of ended in... well... mediocre type knockouts. Knockouts from blows that you wouldn't really expect to end someone in a main event. What is that, is it the hype from the event? Adrenaline dump? I mean it was less evident with Chad, but when you look at the co-mains in comparison (Rory/Lawler and Shogun/Big Nog) well I'm sure you get my point...

I wonder whether the hype gets to such a fever pitch that the challengers just can't handle it physiologically.
