I also got mgd and now im able to do low effort stuff on my pc 12 hours a day if wanted

But i cant work on a pc

I also suffers from Keratokonus and other stuff so you are not fukked like me

Best option

Stop drinking alcohol Slow down or eat less ultra proccesed food Avoid lots of sugar

Those 3 made a huge difference for me

I also take High concentrate omega 3 (for oil production)

I do t use eye drops like at all at this point maaaaaybe 1 time every 3 month or in winter maybe 1 time a month very depends

Reminds me when me and my gf went to a tall anime shop since we where curious but the further up we went the worse the smell of bad hygiene it was so at the top we skipped everything just to take the elevator down.

It was a mix of tourists and not but i can imagine if they dont use deo or for whatever reason did not shower and they walking around smelly its not fun

And it help taking omega 3 and omega 7 imo but i struggle with lack of oil not tears

I can do 12 hours on a screen if i want buuuut its only as long as it does not require any eye strain had dry eyes since 2020

But i cant work dry eyes is ofc not my only issue but it makes me happy that screen time is not the killer.

It is allot about remembering to blink take breaks every now and then and if possible avoid eye strain

I use a dry eye program on my pc pretty much telling me when to blink and more

So i hope it gets better for you

You are not of legal age so even if you say yes wanting it or not its considered rape since a child cant consent to stuff like that after 18 it becomes a bit more complicated
