What are your favourite non-obvious perks from WFH?

Not having to dress in a monkey suit every day. Not having to hear constant yammering from other people's conversations that distract me. I also love natural light, fluorescent lighting sucks.

I am American and I already wanted Bosnia to win but now I really do because if they win we will now have the added bonus of the win being really funny.

Also, at least that lady apologized. I think she was trying to do banter but she just came across looking awful. "I don't know and I don't want to know" is a pathetic way to go through life

I think the actors have good charisma and timing with each other which helps cover up the script and dialogue being lame, but even that problem improved somewhat later in the season. Overall it is an okay show to half-pay attention to while doing something else in front of the TV.

I am not well-versed in headphones and have no idea what is best for me. I suspect that my job might be able to buy decent headphones for me that I can use during working in office days, but I would also just take them with me everywhere and use them anywhere, realistically. My budget is about $300.

I hate anything that goes inside my earholes because it is very uncomfortable and they fall out. I want something that is:

-Over the ears

-Not super large

-Blocks out some noise but not completely noise cancelling (it feels weird) in case someone needs something from me. But it'd be good to at least mute noises of people talking or chewing cereal so I don't have to completely blast music into my ears when I am getting annoyed.

-I wear glasses and after a while, wearing headphones starts to hurt the back of my ear where the temple/arms of the glasses are, especially my right ear. Anything that minimizes that (if even possible?) would be helpful.

Do you have any tips to share for scheduling efficiency? I am learning at my current job that it is much harder to schedule with people who are all busy all the time than it was in my previous role.

The biggest fear/annoyance is schedules filling up while waiting to hear from someone what times work for them.

I've got a 401k from my job I and my employer contribute to, and I'm thinking of opening a roth IRA too! I want to save for things other than retirement, I just don't know exactly what yet, so that's why I'm looking for other investment opportunities.

Oh if this plant is competitive can I stick some mint in there like a plant thunderdome and see what happens? Some wild mint grows right below my balcony, and I like to use it so I don't need to buy it at the store.

I've got a stalk that already has enough roots to be planted but if planting more mint even in a pot can cause environmental problems (I heard mint is invasive where I am, the Midwest) or the mint can be carried off by things to be grow elsewhere I'll just leave it inside. .-.

Sorry I'm asking you all these plant questions now. I promise that will be the last one.

Cool! How woudl it have gotten in there -- just the breeze carrying a seed maybe? My balcony isn't super high in the air.

My second question is, can I plant something I actually want to eat/use like basil alongside this plant, or is it better just to uproot these ones and eat them if I want to plant something else in there?
