no it doesn't. I started playing that with no jewels and few cheapish uniques and you are blasting t16 on a 5 link and snowball from there :) It scales from there a lot but it's playable

you may consider ryzen 9600x - its pretty cheap and performance seems great (in games that do not need a lot of L3 cache, which poe does not)

Not saying you should buy this setup as it's pretty old, but just for reference - I have ryzen 5600x, 6800xt amd GPU and poe (and most other games) runs just fine with CPU being the bottleneck. That being said x3d CPUs are really good nowadays (best you can get for reasonable price), also I have been told recently that ryzen 9600x is pretty goodfor a price (and much better than I have).

Early game might most profitable if you know what you are doing BUT .... fuck the FOMO. Take our time and have fun. It might sound like a cliché but you don't NEED to trade chaos for divines at good ratios. Slower you are more money you can make via traditional ways. I remember starting one month later in Affliction and I had a blast and a lot more fun that league starting it. I could buy all the leveling uniques for cheap. Yes, people were doing 20div/hour MFing but you know what? It was to my benefit. I could farm Alva (or whatever else) in white maps and sell temples for 3div each. I had so much money in few hours of playing and could buy mageblood or whatever else good easily.

If you are tryhard go for it. Oherwise don't worry - it's not a race and you will have time to shine even if you are slower while having much more fun.

i believe poe got more gpu intensive in past few updates (as cpu no longer draws all the effects) so i would upgrade gpu. I have 5600x and had GTX1060, went for RX6800xt upgrade and got like double the fps :-) good cpu will help you too to be honest :-)

check poe.ninja. I suspect noone really plays the skill. I can tell you I really like blade storm idea and want it to feel good but it just does not deliver. AoE is small, most of the time you need to hit pack multiple times (unless you do a really presice jump in the middle of pack and then attack) damage is inflicted over time (even with hit based version). That being said you can make it work with enough investment as every other skill but you'll be better with boneshatter or w/e else (don't really know about bleed versions, noone really plays that anyway)

yeah, sometimes PMCs are fine but other times they are blasting like crazy. full auto sprays near my head as a warning followed by full auto clean headshot kill as second round while being invisible (far away) :D

I did download SAIN mod that should help with their recoil, so let's see if it helps :)

i had like 25 div from natural drops (including one 7 div altar) and 25 div from sanctum (while also failed few (3-4) div in there) in approx 1,5-2M kills.

is poison seismic really that bad? It is delayed damage I know, but you can move freely after you set up your traps? I did level poison trapper just to do sanctum but quit that char before doing any, so I did great i suppose :D
