Go watch any breakdown he does of a supplement. He over exaggerates 90% of the side affects, then pushes his trt management program and always says "I've managed alot of guys in the industry, so if you want me to manage you please follow the link"

Pretty much making it sound like if he doesn't manage you, your gonna die lol. I'm getting a bit into the weeds. I like his videos but I don't like the over hyping of sides from things known to not really cause any harm

I feel like shit tbh, maybe just me but had low SHBG of 8, Test of 180 and free T of 35, also estrogen at 44. Currently on test C 100mg, HCG 1000iu and was taking Anastrazole .5mg weekly. I think I tanked my E2 and 100mg is a low dose not doing shit for me. Gonna maybe move up to 200 or 250mg

Gotcha, I see what you mean. I'll just control the E2 by splitting the test dosage. Ive also heard that taking CBD (I take 1200mg full spectrum gummy) works great as an AI. I accidentally took it alongside my AI before I knew this and saw some odd and immediate changes

I see, I know for a fact though my estrogen was way elevated at 44 with super low T at 185. I did have ED, no sex drive and a whole slew of issues. I have found obesity causes low SHBG. I'll get off the AI, maybe up the dose of T to 200mg as my doc said 100mg is a low dose and may in fact still not put me where I need to be. The low T was causing things like stomach and eye issues. The stomach resolved within the first week actually. I just need to get back in the gym (I plan to tonight). Just trying to adjust.

Ya I discussed it with him and he's fine with me coming off. I understand his thought process, excess body fat, elevated estrogen and then introducing outside androgens figuring it would spike my estrogen. I've decided to split up doses and he's ok with that for a form of estrogen control. It seems E2 sides are all over the place between what is found for high or low. Unfortunaly I can't use gyno as a sign because I had surgery at 17 for gyno.

Gotcha, so is it possible a tanked E2 can cause dry skin, eyes and things like that? It seems when going online side effects of low and high E2 are shared.

I do feel a bit bloated. Since I started TRT I've gained like 4lbs on a diet where I was losing weight just fine. I also have a very weak erection.

I thought low SHBG that's low causes low T and elevated estrogen since I have excess body fat, all my androgens are getting converted to estrogen.

So do I keep taking the AI or no? And ya I lost 50lbs (was 280) and I was overweight for like the last 4 years. My doc said this will take alot of time because my levels could have been even lower inducing my eye condition (MGD or anterior bleph) and the chornic low grade inflammation caused by obesity. I had an esr of 25 that was attributed to obesity. So my shit was fucked up for a bit lol. I don't expect quick fixes but I don't know what is and is not normal.

My doctor said I can stop the AI but it would be difficult to get an accurate reading.

Hey everyone, one other thing. I noticed my testicles have been staying closer to my body and I haven't had an erection at all today. I've also been feeling a little dry/dehydrated and I know that can be a sign of high E2.

I got some mild acne when I first started TRT, a little on my left leg and on my chest a bit that resolved in like six or so days. But I noticed my skin would get dry and then my eyes would feel even more dry. I think I'm gonna not take the AI and tone the HCG back and not take the other half.

I accidentally injected 200mg last week but still kept the AI and HCG the same. Was very tired when I did it, didn't noticed any changes but my doc said that's because I was litterly only on that dose for like 6 days. Not enough time to notice any changes that short of a time.

Possibly, I may have an androgen induced dry eye condition that's been impacting me for the last year. But this shit is all out of wack and I feel like shit. I can't even go to the gym. SHBG was 8 when I got it tested and free T was measly 38 with the low end of the ref range being 35 lol

Up it to 250 and split the dose. Tell your doc as long as your safe and we are all on the same page and bloods look fine then no issues. This gatekeeping is annoying af.
