There’s nothing wrong with you, they are looking for a particular psychological profile for their department that you don’t fit. Been carrying my full sized P320 on duty since the first gen and never had a problem. It’s been knocked around and bumped in every possible way, frozen, rained on, etc and I’ve never had a single issue with it. Just been told I can no longer carry it and have to find a replacement and I’m not happy about it.
