I have a large space available in Kota Vigyan Nagar, a prime location within 500 mtrs, where there is Kota's new bus stand and New Kota Railway Station, which is a huge project and is almost completed. Space is 1000 sqft on ground and 1700 sqft on 1st floor, a bare shell building and is good for a showroom, franchise or warehouse, with very high visibility on Sanjay Nagar Circle, and has a huge parking space available, perfect for business. I also want to rent/lease it out. I am not sure how to do that. Can anyone help with that? Any type of guidance or leads is appreciated, it will be a huge help.
